Step 3 - What You Provide
Items 1-5 are on one plate. We will call it the Seder Plate. It is just a regular
plate placed in the middle of the table so everyone can access to it.



1. Grated Horseradish  (it comes in a bottle and you can find it in the refrigerated
section of your grocery store.  Do not get the Horseradish sauce.) Approx. 1 bottle
per 2 tables.



2.
A Clean Lamb or Chicken Bone (You can do just one for the head table or
one a each table it does not matter.)



3.
A Hard Boiled Brown Egg In its Shell (You can do this just for the head table,
since we do not eat it.)



4.
Parsley (one sprig per person)



5.
Kharoset (see menu page for recipe)



6.
Matzah 1 sheet per person (note the head table gets this plus 3 sheets on a
separate plate which is covered with a white napkin.



7.
Juice one 32 oz. bottle of Grape Juice per table of 8



8.
Candle sticks - 2 with holders and matches (head table or all the tables if you like. We will
light them burning the service)



9.
Salt water - 1 bowls per table (on the head table add another bowl of saltwater and
bowl with plain water in it)



10.
Sound system with at least 2 microphones (head table)



11.
The Meal (If a full dinner is being served)
